Boneless Skinless Chicken (as many that are eating)
Bread crumbs
Cinnamon
Sugar
Apples (2 to 3)
Onion (1 large)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Or any you use)
Chop up the onion and apple into small bits.... Place in frying pan sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Fry on medium heat till chicken is done. Sirring occassionally.
Coat bottom of frying pan with EVOO on medium heat
Coat a plate with bread crumbs, mix in a table spoon of cinnamon and a tablespoon of sugar (well blend into bread crumbs)
Cut your chicken of any fat rinse under the tap. BREAD with mixture (BEST IF YOU DO NOT COAT with egg or flour before hand) Slap it in the pan, turn every two minutes till nice and brown.
Slap it on a plate, coat in your apple and onion mixture .... GREAT WITH brown rice, and Steamed snap peas and peppers. !!!!
